Truly excellent. They have learned my name, respond via email, answer the phone, and offer home delivery. Once, I had a time sensitive steroid and pain medicine RX sent from urgent care after their closing time by accident. The pharmacist called me so I could have it sent elsewhere. He knew I could not wait based on the type of RX. I was so thankful and impressed!

Yes, they are open fewer hours. As long as you take this into account, the benefits of their personal service far outweigh this concern.

I am constantly recommending them to neighbors. When I can’t recommend them because of service area, I just hype up choosing your local pharmacy. It’s just way, way better.

I started ordering prescriptions from Pittsboro Pharmacy and what a difference! I had been going through CVS and Walgreens forever. Pittsboro Pharmacy has taken the stress out of my refills- they actually answer the phone and fill quickly, no hassle. The pharmacist who answers is always polite and accommodating. Such a relief to find a good pharmacy.

Best help that we’ve had in years. What a phenomenal Pharmacy. We were from out of town and he went above and beyond to help us out to get some medicine that we needed. Without asking, he ordered some meds for us thinking that we could get it elsewhere, but when we did not, he had it available for us. can’t speak highly enough of the integrity and help that he gave.

Wonderful pharmacy with friendly employees and owners! The prices are great and the service is quick. They are so much better than Walgreens when it comes to the actual pharmacy part as well as customer service.

The place is also nice and has many items to buy for a smaller place. I also told them once about the off brand of my medication that they carried having a better option and they had ordered the better one by my very next visit!

I cannot express how much I recommend Pittsboro Pharmacy. They always have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The pharmacist will do all he can to be sure you have what you need. As a Navy brat, I've used pharmacies across the country, and I feel beyond lucky to have this one in my own little town.
